Welcome!! Thanks for visiting our family web site. The Table of Contents is found on the left side of each page. On many pages there is a box in the Table of Contents that reads "Front Page" -- if you click on that, you will get a 404 Broken Link error -- here is an explanation for that. This website was made using the old Microsoft Front Page website editor, which was discontinued in 2003. Front Page required that each web host install "Front Page Extensions" on their site. When FP was discontinued, all web hosting services eventually removed the FP extensions from their servers. As a result, some of the pages on this website are not identical -- vestiges of the original site include navigation bars at top, bottom, and side of some pages and the bars are not all identical. Some pages do not have the same tan background as this page. I worked for several weeks in 2021 trying to make each page identical and finally gave up.
We add new information to this website from time to time, not on any regular schedule. In late 2021 we had to re-build this website. A lot of the links were lost, however, after a few months links were fixed. If you find a link that does not work, please send me an email.Photos of August 21, 2017 solar eclipseThe August 21, 2017 solar eclipse was clearly visible from our home in Northumberland County, VA. Here are three photos.
Photos of our grandchildren -- removedWe have two grandsons. As of September 2016, I have removed from this site all identifying data for them including photos. Sorry I have to do this as I'm really proud of them, however, there are too many sick weirdoes out there who prey on little kids. Finished and moved in -- July 2008!! Follow the progress as we build our
new home in Virginia.
